We are glad to announce that TERAWAY paper “Hybrid Polymer THz Receiver PIC with Waveguide Integrated Photoconductive Antenna: Concept and 1st Characterization Results”, was accepted for an oral presentation at OFC 2022.
The paper is written by our Fraunhofer HHI colleagues, Tianwen Qian, Milan Deumer, Y Durvasa Gupta, Simon Nellen, Ben Schuler, Hauke Conradi, Martin Kresse, Jakob Reck, Klara Mihov, Moritz Kleinert, Madeleine Weigel, Crispin Zawadzki, David de Felipe, Björn Globisch, Moritz Baier, Norbert Keil and Martin Schell.
The presentation will be given by Tianwen Qian, during the session “Photodetectors, Sensing and Microwave Photonics”.
